Katy Hewison

Hailing from West Yorkshire, dance artist Katy Hewison is curious about the connection between improvisational dance practice and learning environments. She is passionate about sharing her work with all ages and abilities. Katy graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance (MA) and Verve 18 Performance Company. She currently lives in Ireland and is the founder of Improplay, which combines Katy's interests in early childhood education and movement research. She leads Improplay performance projects and workshops internationally.
